What's the minimum order quantity?

Our standard MOQ is 100 units with full customisation. For premium curated gifts and hampers, smaller quantities are possible — just ask and we'll tell you what's workable for your specific item.

How much lead time do you need?

Ideally 1–4 weeks for customised orders, which allows for samples, branding and quality checks. When the deadline is tight, our own manufacturing lets us turn around rush orders in 7–14 days. Tell us your real date and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Do you actually manufacture, or just source?

Both. We're backed by 35+ years of manufacturing since 1989 with our own factory in Ahmedabad, and we curate from a 50+ partner manufacturers for everything we don't make in-house. That means factory pricing and quality control on core items, plus the range to fulfil any brief.

Can you handle pharma and doctor gifting compliance?

Yes — pharma gifting comes naturally to us. We curate doctor gifts and MR kits with UCPMP guidelines in mind and guide your team through what's appropriate. We already work with leading pharmaceutical companies like Hester, Zenex, Intas and more.

Will the gifts carry our branding?

Absolutely. Logo printing, embroidery, custom packaging, inserts and personalisation are all handled in-house. You approve the branding on a sample before we go into full production.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. You get a full price breakdown before you commit — product, branding, packaging and delivery, all itemised. The number we quote is the number you pay.

Can I see a sample before placing the full order?

Yes. For most orders we provide a sample so you can check quality, branding and packaging before confirming. We'd rather you approve the real thing than take our word for it.

What if I don't like the first set of options?

We re-curate, at no cost. Our goal is the right fit for your brief, not a fast sale. Most clients choose from the first round, but we'll keep refining until it's right.

Do you deliver outside Ahmedabad?

Yes — we deliver pan-India and to North America. Most orders ship within 24 hours of final approval, and we handle the logistics and documentation end to end.
